Sarah Small

Sarah Small was named by American Photo Magazine as one of the top 13 emerging photographers working today, this was 2008. She was born in Washington but now lives and works in New York, US.
"The Delirium Constructions" explores unlikely combinations of characters and themes brought together into the same space in order to investigate the tensions and resolutions of close connection. I like the vibrant colours, unusual constructions and the authenticity of the people on display.
Musicians, models and performers can get involved in her work, look over here if you like to be one of them. And if you are, checking out the "Tableau Vivant" will give you an idea of what to expect.

You might know him from his 'Flesh Rainbow' work or 'Abandon', Jeff Bark born in 1963. He currently lives and works in New York. These pictures are from his work for  'Dazed & Confused' magazine. A bit different from your normal fashion shoot, working with stylists and make-up artists he creates fabulous settings and fascinating stories.

Daria Endresen

Surreal photo manipulations by Norwegian Daria Endresen. She is as much a digital artist as she is a photographer. Out of necessity she became her own model, so her face shows up in most of her artwork. There is a lot of emotion in her work, all captured in natural light. The pictures are full of metaphors and meaning (often religious content). Welcome in a world of fantasy, mysticism, pain and ...Daria...
Daria; "“For me personally it represents vulnerability, maybe even sickness and also is a sign of neutral gender. Long hair on the other hand is very feminine and I just love how it can transfer the feeling of gravity.”

Vee Speers

"Parisians" by Australian born Vee Speers. As a long time Parisian resident and portrait photographer she is attracted by unusual faces. These Parisians are eccentric and strange, placed in a theatrical setting. The black & white adds to the whole set up.

Vee speers;  "The project « Parisians » is all about showing the exterior, but not revealing too much."
